The following shipping terms and conditions may be subject to temporary changes during promotions.
Russocapri.com ships in Italy and all over the world only through express courier service.
The customer can choose between the standard shipping method in UPS or the Express shipping method in DHL. All orders will be delivered to the shipping address indicated by the customer when placing the order. The delivery times shown below are to be understood as indicative and not binding for Russo Capri.
ORDER FULFILLMENT
All orders received will be subjected to checks and once approved they will be processed within two working days: all orders are shipped from our operational headquarters in Capri (Italy), only on working days, from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays and on public holidays will be handled within the following 2 working days.

Russocapri.com offers its customers a shipping service that can be tracked at any time, thanks to the shipping number provided to the customer when the order is shipped. The Customer will receive an email confirming the shipment of the goods with the code (tracking number) that will allow him to check the progress of his shipment at any time. By visiting the UPS or DHL website depending on the chosen courier.
When the order is entrusted to the courier, customers receive a notification email that provides the waybill number (HAWB) related to the order.

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
Shipments for non-EU and non-Shengen countries are DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) this means that the courier may request the payment of customs duties before making the delivery. Customs charges are always charged to the customer and must be paid following a request from the DHL courier before receiving the package.
Shipments to Italy and EU member countries (Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Hungary) does not require additional payments on delivery.
COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times are conditioned by the destination areas of the products.
STANDARD SHIPPING:
ITALY: delivery is tentatively expected within 4 days of shipment.
EU European countries: delivery is indicatively expected within 5 working days of shipment.
Non-EU and non-European countries (DDU): United States, Japan, South Korea, UK, Hong Kong. delivery is tentatively expected within 6 working days of shipment, delivery times are conditioned by the prompt response of the customer following any requests from the customs authorities or the courier.
Rest of the World (DDU): delivery is indicatively expected up to7-9 days from shipment with Express Service. delivery times are conditioned by the prompt response of the customer following any requests from the customs authorities or the courier.
SHIPPING PRICE:
Shipping costs are charged to the customer and vary according to the place of delivery as follows, the following shipping price are for orders up to 3 items:
Italy:
Shipping costs €10 for orders of less than €350, free for orders of higher amounts*.
EU member countries
Shipping costs from €15 to €20 for orders of less than €350, free for orders of higher amounts*.
Rest of the World: always on payment with variable cost starting from €25. the shipping price not include VAT and Duties.
EXPRESS SHIPPING:
ITALY: delivery is tentatively expected within 2 days of shipment.
EU European countries: delivery is indicatively expected within 3 working days of shipment.

Shipping costs from €15 to €35 for orders of less than €350, free for orders of higher amounts*.

NOTICE REGARDING ADDITIONAL COSTS FOR EXTRA EU SHIPMENTS
The sales prices of the products indicated on the website for NON-EU countries do not include VAT and customs duties which are charged to the customer.
The relative amount is to be paid to the courier according to the methods that will be indicated by the courier himself.
Once the goods have been delivered, it is up to the Customer to carefully inspect the package before signing the delivery document.
If the package is tampered with or not intact, the customer can sign the delivery document with reserve or refuse the delivery.
Any anomalies must be promptly reported to the local DHL office as well as to Russo Capri, by sending an e-mail to our customer service.
If a package is not delivered to the customer's address for reasons attributable to his lack of cooperation (wrong/incomplete telephone number, absent recipient) or if the customer refuses delivery, the package is returned to the sender customer load. These expenses include shipping costs and any customs charges that will be deducted from the refund due*.
