RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

The following return terms and conditions may be subject to temporary changes during promotions. 

 

RUSSOCAPRI.COM offers a free return* service unless otherwise explicitly stated, in particular but not only, on the occasion of the end-of-season sales during which a contribution may be requested for return costs, such provisions will always be explicitly stated in the section shipments and/or in the section dedicated to promotions of our site. We never accept item exchange request, if you want a larger or a smaller size or a different color you will need to place a new order.  

PLEASE NOTE! For reasons of hygiene, no returns or exchanges will be permitted for earrings, piercings or underwear.

 

Conditions for free return:

  1. You can send a return request within 15 calendar days of the delivery date of your order*.
  2. For EU countries, returns are free*. For non-EU countries, the return shipment is free*, but any customs duties will be charged to the customer and will be deducted from the refund*.
  3. Before requesting a return, remember that we will only accept your return after checking the condition of the returned items. The goods must not have been worn or damaged in any way and must be complete with every component contained in the original brand packaging such as: original brand box and any other additional components. The original brand tag and the Russocapri.com security tag must not be removed.

 

How to request the RETURN:

  1. You can request a return in several ways:
    • by accessing your Russocapri.com profile and clicking on request return within your reserved area;
    • by sending an email with the order number to customercare@russocapri.com;
    • by clicking on "reply" to the order confirmation email you received;
    • by contacting our customer service on WhatsApp at +393455486327.
  1. Our customer service will send you a waybill.
  2. Print the label and paste it on the package after carefully preparing, make sure the items inside are protected from water and damage.
  3. Go to the nearest DHL point for the shipment or book the collection via the DHL portal.

 

When will I receive my REFUND?

Once we have received your return, we will check that the returned goods comply with the conditions indicated and issue the refund. Each return will be processed within 14 days from pachage received. If the returned goods do not meet the required conditions, the return will be refused and you will be contacted by our customer service.

The return is free*, but the shipping costs, plus any customs duties paid to the carrier before delivery, will not be refunded.

We remind you that returns will only be accepted if sent within 15 days of delivery of your order*. Russo Capri reserves the right to refuse shipments and unauthorized returns.

We point out that the refund does not include the shipping costs paid at the time of the order except in the case of a return for a faulty item or for an incorrect item received.

 

Return Policies:

Each return must be shipped to RUSSOCAPRI.COM no later than 15 days calculated from the delivery date to the final customer. RUSSOCAPRI.COM reserves the right not to accept returned items if they are damaged or worn. In the event that the return times are not respected, Russocapri.com reserves the right to refuse the return or to deduct the shipping costs incurred for the return from the refund. All returned items must present: security seal, brand tag as well as any original packaging as shipped by RUSSOCAPRI.COM.

Any return that does not comply with our return policies will not be accepted.

Russocapri.com will provide you with all the instructions and the waybill necessary for the return, if the customer decides to use a different shipper from the one indicated by the seller, he will be responsible for the loss or damage of the products.

 

Returns from non-EU countries:

Please Note.

customs charges of the return shipment will be deducted from the refund once the return is received.

Customers who purchase from non-European countries will be provided with documents to be attached to the waybill necessary for the return, in no case can the customer change any item on the invoice without first contacting the customer service of the Russocapri.com website at shop@russocapri.com. Any unauthorized modification will result in the deduction of any additional costs incurred by Russocapri.com during the return procedure.

Russocapri.com can under no circumstances refund you for any customs duties you have paid to receive your delivery. these amounts can be reimbursed by the customs authorities according to the regulations in force in the country of destination of the shipment.

Please Note. for returns from non-EU countries in the event that the customer refuses the delivery and returns the package to the sender (RTO) or for delayed returns, the cost of the shipment and that of the round-trip customs charges of the shipment will be deducted from the refund once the return is received.
